2 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products and services by MOBILIER ROKMOB CANADA INC. to professional clients only.
ROKMOB® products are designed for collective and institutional environments, including mental health, psychiatry, social care and disability facilities, with no medical purpose.
3 – Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
ROKMOB® is a registered trademark.
All technical, commercial or design documents remain confidential and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
4 – Use in Sensitive Environments
The seller shall not be liable for:
- improper or diverted use,
- unpredictable or violent behavior of users,
- lack of supervision or internal organization,
- layout decisions made by the client.
Product selection and use remain under the client’s sole responsibility.
5 – Prices and Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes.
Applicable taxes and delivery costs are added.
A 30% deposit is required upon order.
Late payments incur interest at 2% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.
6 – Legal Warranties
Products benefit from legal warranties under the Civil Code of Québec, subject to lawful exclusions.
7 – ROKMOB® Commercial Warranty
Lifetime warranty against breakage due to manufacturing defects, excluding misuse, aesthetic damage, normal wear, or violent behavior.
8 – Products
Variations in color, texture or dimensions may occur.

9 – Delivery
Risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
Claims must be made in writing within five (5) business days.
10 – Installation
The client must ensure safe and compliant installation conditions.
11 – Retention of Title
Ownership remains with the seller until full payment is received.
12 – Liability
Seller’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.
No indirect or consequential damages shall be claimed.
13 – Regulatory Status
ROKMOB® products are furniture items and are not medical devices.
14 – Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec.
Courts of the seller’s judicial district have exclusive jurisdiction.
