all sales of products and services by MOBILIER ROKMOB CANADA INC. to professional clients only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ROKMOB\u00ae products are designed for collective and institutional environments, including mental health, psychiatry, social care and disability facilities, with no medical purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-intellectual-property-and-confidentiality\">3 \u2013 Intellectual Property and Confidentiality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ROKMOB\u00ae is a registered trademark.<br>All technical, commercial or design documents remain confidential and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-use-in-sensitive-environments\">4 \u2013 Use in Sensitive Environments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>improper or diverted use,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unpredictable or violent behavior of users,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lack of supervision or internal organization,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>layout decisions made by the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product selection and use remain under the client\u2019s sole responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-prices-and-payment\">5 \u2013 Prices and Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes.<br>Applicable taxes and delivery costs are added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 30% deposit is required upon order.<br>Late payments incur interest at 2% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-legal-warranties\">6 \u2013 Legal Warranties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products benefit from legal warranties under the Civil Code of Qu\u00e9bec, subject to lawful exclusions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-rokmob-commercial-warranty\">7 \u2013 ROKMOB\u00ae Commercial Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lifetime warranty against breakage due to manufacturing defects, excluding misuse, aesthetic damage, normal wear, or violent behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-products\">8 \u2013 Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Variations in color, texture or dimensions may occur.<br>Photos are for illustration purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-delivery\">9 \u2013 Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier.<br>Claims must be made in writing within five (5) business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-installation\">10 \u2013 Installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client must ensure safe and compliant installation conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-11-retention-of-title\">11 \u2013 Retention of Title<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ownership remains with the seller until full payment is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-12-liability\">12 \u2013 Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seller\u2019s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.<br>No indirect or consequential damages shall be claimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-13-regulatory-status\">13 \u2013 Regulatory Status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ROKMOB\u00ae products are furniture items and are not medical devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-14-governing-law\">14 \u2013 Governing Law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by the laws of Qu\u00e9bec.<br>Courts of the seller\u2019s judicial district have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
